We commonly mistake an instrument’s limitations for the limits of our own musicianship. It's a revelation to experience how effortlessly one can play on a true performance quality guitar. To achieve the transparent playability that AAA guitars are known for, an uncommon amount of time and attention is lavished on every aspect of the XXX's neck, bridge and overall setup. The XXX's hand-shaped, mirror polished fret work is unsurpassed. Through subtle adjustments of its neck width, string spread, action and other such details, each XXX is optimized to suit its owner's personal playing style.
Design
The XXX began as a simple plan to adapt the classical guitar's revolutionary 'double-top' sound board technology to the more severe requirements of the steel string guitar. The guitar’s remarkable power and acoustic character is the fruit of that project. Building on that strength, the XXX is designed to extend the limits of the steel string instrument in every way and to represent the emerging steel string 'super guitar' at this point in time. The XXX exists to inspire fresh musical ideas and to offer a perfect tool for realizing that inspiration.
