I'm going to the conference with a group of colleagues, which means I need to work around what the group had already planned to do. A late dinner is more difficult for me, but I will try my best to at least stop by to say hello.

They will give us our own space, and are able to provide a limited selection menu (they need ot do this so that they can prepare the food in advance.) Please make requests from their menu on what you would like to be able to order, and I will talk with them about including it...

But hey, everything looks yummy - why not save your time and ask them to prepare 2 or 3 main course and appetizer offerings (with a veggie/seafood option) and we'll order from that when we sit down?

I agree we need to keep the group option menu short, but PLEASE no chicken....everybody is doing chicken this and chicken that... looking forward to this!

Buses evidently run until quite late at night, so I definitely won't have any trouble hanging around for the Powwow. But by that time of night, I won't be hungry anymore (my appetite turns off in the evening). But I'll be glad to hang around and have something to drink with everyone else. And smell all the good food scents--my nose never loses its appetite.
