Sitting duck syndrome May 9, 2019

Scams seem to be a dime a dozen now. Anyone with a Proz profile is just a sitting duck.
Nothing to be done except block them from future contact. Just don't reply whatever you do, because then they will have your actual email address.

Noor is for sure a tad illiterate but how do you know he/she is a scammer?
Asking for personal contact is not really what scammers are known for...?

Excellent English May 9, 2019

That is, if you don't care about spelling. And I always thought that they teach proper English in Saudi Arabia.

They try to get in touch with you, get your info and might ask you to download a doc. that is ”loaded” with malware in order to compromise your computer.

No big deal!
