Mobile crackles Explanation: Mobile Crackles - The idea here is that a change in patient position results in a crackle location change. Usually these changes will follow gravity and will be declivitous thereby suggesting that the cause of the crackles is fluid buildup probably in the pleural space and not in the airways. |
