French term or phrase: AVC en cours de constitution
Hi,

The final impression of this exam was:

"AVC sylvien superficiel gauche en course de constitution en rapport avec un thrombus M2 proximal gauche."

What does "en cours de constitution" mean in this context?

Thanks

I don't think it refers to a build-up of components that might cause a stroke. The stroke is being caused by the thrombus located in a more proximal part of the artery.
