Anyone who has stayed away from home with little ones will know that it can be tricky to create a snoozy sleeping environment when there is too much light flooding in. That’s why we came up with our Gro Anywhere Blind which can ‘go’ anywhere with you – holidays, weekends at Grandma’s or an overnight stay. The suction cups simply stick onto the window (max size 200x135cm), so that the blind blocks out the light. Ideal for when it’s still too light to say night night…
Instructions:
Always start assembly using the primary corner where the care label is located. For a vertical (tall) window begin with the primary corner and position in the top right corner of the window, attaching the suckers along the top of the window. For a horizontal (wide) window begin in the top left hand corner of the window. Use the adjustment system to gather in excess material in the width or drop, or to re-position eyelets around the window. Undo webbing from the button in the hem if you wish to shorten, pull webbing to gather material then re-fasten webbing onto the button. Due to different types of glass or changes in temperature, occasionally a sucker may not adhere properly. Check glass is clean and moisten suckers and reattach.
Occasionally, suction cups become deformed in transit which may result in them not sticking effectively to the window. Don’t worry if this happens, simply fold the cup in half and roll it between your fingers for 30 seconds or dip the suction cup in warm water and then press to a window to cool. This will restore the conical shape and allow the cup to stick to the glass.
IMPORTANT NOTE
In order to prevent damage to your windows, we recommend that you check your windows for suitability of type and condition before use:
Windows using laminated glass, triple glazing, internal wire strengthening or that are textured or patterned are not suitable.
Windows that have damaged, chipped or cracked edges, or other glass damage, will be at an increased risk of thermal stress and further damage.

Jeder, der schon einmal mit kleinen Kindern woanders übernachtet hat, weiß, wie schwierig es sein kann, für eine wohlige Schlafumgebung zu sorgen, wenn zu viel Licht durchs Fenster strömt. Deshalb haben wir unser tragbares Rollo, das Gro Anywhere Blind, entwickelt, das Sie überallhin mitnehmen können – in den Urlaub, ins Wochenende bei Oma und Opa und für einen Übernachtungsbesuch. Die Saugnäpfe lassen sich ganz einfach am Fenster befestigen (max. Größe 200x135cm), sodass das Rollo kein Licht mehr hindurchdringen lässt. Ideal, wenn es noch zu hell ist, um Gute Nacht zu sagen...
Anweisungen:
Beginnen Sie beim Anbringen des Rollos immer mit der Hauptecke, an der sich das Etikett mit den Pflegehinweisen befindet. Bei einem vertikalen (hohen) Fenster platzieren Sie zunächst die Hauptecke in die oberste rechte Ecke des Fensters. Positionieren Sie die Saugnäpfe an der oberen Fensterseite entlang. Ist der Stoff zu breit oder zu lang, können Sie ihn mithilfe des Raffbands zusammenraffen oder die Ösen um das Fenster herum neu platzieren. Lösen Sie die Stoffbahn aus dem Knopf am Saum, wenn das Rollo gekürzt werden soll, raffen Sie den Stoff zusammen und befestigen Sie ihn dann erneut am Knopf. Je nach Art der Fensterscheibe und Temperatur kann es gelegentlich dazu kommen, dass sich ein Saugnapf nicht richtig befestigen lässt. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Glas sauber ist, feuchten Sie die Saugnäpfe an und befestigen Sie sie erneut an der Scheibe.
Während des Transports kann es passieren, dass sich die Form eines Saugnapfes verzieht, wodurch er sich nicht richtig am Fenster befestigen lässt. Dies ist kein Problem; falten Sie den Saugnapf einfach in der Mitte zusammen und rollen Sie ihn für 30 Sekunden zwischen Ihren Fingern oder tauchen Sie ihn in warmes Wasser und drücken Sie ihn dann gegen ein Fenster, um ihn abkühlen zu lassen. Dadurch erhalten die Saugnäpfe ihre ursprüngliche Form zurück und lassen sich wieder an der Fensterscheibe befestigen.
WICHTIGER HINWEIS
Um Schäden am Fenster zu vermeiden, empfehlen wir, sich vor dem Anbringen zu vergewissern, ob Art und der Zustand des Fensters für das Rollo geeignet sind:
Fenster mit Beschichtung, Dreifachverglasung, innerer Drahtverstärkung oder strukturierte bzw. gemusterte Fenster sind für das Rollo nicht geeignet.
Bei Fenstern mit beschädigten, angeschlagenen oder geplatzten Rändern oder sonstigen Beschädigungen am Glas besteht eine erhöhte Wärmebelastung und die Gefahr weiterer Schäden.

Source text - English A merger can be considered a mutual agreement of sorts between two firms to join together to become one company. For instance, one merging firm does not take on huge amounts of debt either to fend off or to purchase the other. Mergers are seldom hostile in nature. Therefore, negative factors inherent in hostile takeovers are absent. The possibility of massive sell offs are usually not an issue. Using a case study method, we evaluate a role and tasks of HR manager in international mergers and acquisitions, and discuss the factors explaining the roles of human resources management in these companies.
In theory an equitable distribution of resources is a critical ingredient to a successful merger. The commitment of resources that is to be made by the respective organizations must be made clear from the onset. The proper mix of resources, whether it is strictly financial or involves a commitment of manpower as well, must be defined from the very beginning. In fact, resource commitment is an integral part of any successful corporate strategy. It is especially important to develop a post-merger resource allocation strategy beforehand to ensure a workable and realistic merger strategy.

Zum Beispiel muss ein fusionierendes Unternehmen beim Abwehren oder dem Erwerb des anderen Unternehmens keine hohen Summen aufnehmen. Fusionen sind selten feindselig, weshalb negativen Faktoren, wie sie sich bei einer feindlichen Übernahme zeigen, nicht auftreten. Massive Veräußerungen sind gewöhnlich kein Problem. Unter der Verwendung von Fallstudien haben wir die Rolle und Aufgaben des Personalmanagements bei internationalen Fusionen und Übernahmen bewertet und die Faktoren untersucht, die die Rolle des Personalmanagements in diesen Unternehmen erläutern.
Theoretisch hat die gerechte Verteilung der Ressourcen einen entscheidenden Anteil an einer erfolgreichen Fusion. Der Einsatz der Ressourcen ist von den jeweiligen Organisationen gleich zu Beginn zu klären. Auch die richtige Mischung der Mittel, seien sie nun rein finanzieller Natur oder den Arbeitskräfteeinsatz betreffend, ist bereits von Anfang an festzulegen. Der Einsatz von Ressourcen ist ein wichtiger Teil jeder erfolgreichen Unternehmensstrategie. Um eine tragfähige und realistische Fusionsstrategie zu gewährleisten, ist es besonders wichtig, bereits im Voraus eine Strategie für die Betriebsmittelzuweisung nach der Fusion zu entwickeln.
