College (Faculty?) of Exact and Natural Sciences
If referring to a University division, this may be translated "College" (the school); the authorities would be the Faculty.

Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences / Temporary Chair
faculty of EXACT and natural sciences also seems to exist, but only in translations of south-american sites - the above is the nearest...
as for temporary chair, it should be ok, unless - as it has been also raised by CA - it is instead a temporary substitution

School would also fit (especially for students), but Professors usually work for/at Departments

Faculty of (Physical and Biological) Sciences
