rounded off

Literally rounded to an arc of a circle, but how else would it be rounded? I think this covers it.

As the asker points out, it could be some other arc. If this is important, then rounded to an arc of circle.
Note from asker:
It can else be rounded to an arc of, say, an ellipse
Peer comment(s):

agree Kirill Semenov : my thoughts exactly. If it's round, it's rounded.

circularly rounded

looks a bit funny, of course

rounded off along a circular arc

This sounds like a straightforward description of the shape of some tool although an uncommon usage.

rounded

Multitran:

Note from asker:
Peer comment(s):

agree Jack Doughty : I see you said more or less the same in Russian as I did in English. Yes, "with a rounded tip", or "with the tip rounded off", both are possible.

yes, what I mean is that "following a circular arc" is an obvious pleonasm, because we already have "rounded" due to "округленный" coming from "круг", circle.
agree Dorene Cornwell : making the translation more concise than the original. I think rounded is sufficient. If one knows the rouding is elliptical, I suppose one could say elliptically shaped.

aligned with (defined by) the arc of circle
