CSF in wild pigs
It has to be "CSF in wild pigs," as a boar is a male pig, and CSF is carried by both the boar and the sow
Unless of course it is just a paper on wild Boars, where then it will be
"CSF in wild Boars" plural as there is more than one boar with CSF.

Discussion
Wild boar are the members of the family that have never been domesticated. Wild or ferral pigs are those that have gone back to the wild.
As the question referrs the the former, it's not a good idea to confuse things with the latter.
