For emulsification
Drewpol polyglycerol esters offer food formulators a variety of functional characteristics for developing new food products. They are derived from the esterification of vegetable fatty acids and polyglycerols. Kosher certified, they provide emulsification, homogenization and stabilization in a variety of applications because of their wide hydrophilic-lipophilic balance.
