A goodly number of ghits for "ESTERIZED FATTY ACIDS".
"ESTERIZED VEGETABLE OIL" almost systematically refers to BIODIESEL. Doesn't sound appetizing, but maybe there's nothing wrong with drinking it. Put a tiger in your tank.

thanks... I was wondering about "fatty acid esters" (which are apparently the same as "esterified fatty acids") but as you have also found, not sure where to stick the "vegetable" bit in that case...
