Dakle u pitanju su piramidalne šeme, od MLM-a do "lanaca sreće", nekih vrsta lutrije, Dafine, Jugoskandika i sličnih špekulacija.

: Mislim da Trading Schemes Act iz 1996 dodatno reguliše ovo što ste poslednje naveli, direktnu prodaju ODG: a ništa, znaćemo barem za sebe ubuduće ako zatreba :) samo za info http://www.suvremena.hr/12482.aspx

zakon o modalitetima trgovanja
Ovo je samo pretpostavka - nepotkrepljena internet rezultatima. Odlučio sam se da "schemes" prevedem kao "modalitet", iako se ova reč u sličnim kontekstima prevodi kao "plan". Ipak, ovde "plan" ne zvuči dobro. Primeri za korišćenje reči "scheme" u takvim kontekstima:
