The Defendant reserves the right to plead further to the claim for special damages upon receipt of further evidence in this matter and/or after disclosure and/or as ordered by the court, the Second Defendant submitting that provision of a positive case is unnecessary at this stage of the claim and that the Second Detcndant reasonably seeks to avoid incurring further costs.
