Service contract (SLA) for securities trading platform
This is in the SLA (service level agreement) part of the service contract for a bank, which provides trading plaforms for its customers. "flusso di punta" might make more sense, but this repeats on the next three rows and in another version of the same documet.
This is the top row:
Servizi Amministrativi e di Supporto
Regolamento e Supporto
Disallineamento saldi titoli Front End - Back End
- Data di ricezione del flusso;

matching and reconciliation
The service level to be met is expressed as (Numero di flussi giornalieri lavorati nel periodo entro i tempi massimi specificati / Numero di flussi giornalieri ricevuti nel periodo) X 100, right? So, the "flusso di spunta" is the same as the other "flussi" in the text in that it's all to do with matching and reconciliation.

But perhaps this lacks slightly in content, in terms of what the "spunta" consists of, which as far as I can make out is "matching".

Yes, "mismatches for checking" is what it all boils down to.

Note from asker:
Yeah. The operator that runs the market they give access to wants to read this service contract and I reckon that out of around 50 thousand words of contract, they'll be focusing on this and the surrounding few lines more than anything else. Best to spell it out loud and clear. Thanks Paul, I think I managed to make a pretty good impression, being able talk about the reconciliations and matches confidently. She said "mecciando" and "meccing" on the phone and I had to get her to repeat it until it finally clicked, "macthing"! I thought it was some new jargon for trading at first "merciando". |
