Non-PRO Persian (Farsi) to English Art/Literary

I have been told that this sentence means "I speak Farsi," but it seems to have 7 words. Although I know that you cannot expect the same number of words in a translation, I just thought to verify with the experts. Does the sentence say something else besides that? Thank you very much.
