For special access programs (SAPs), the cognizant buyer and PCO must complete DD Form 2579, Small Business Coordination Record,
Correspondence concerning technical matters pertaining to this order shall be directed to the cognizant Buyer
. I will refer any questions regarding this Confidentiality Statement to the cognizant Buyer/Contract Specialist.
Communicate any supplier issues or concerns with the changes to the cognizant buyer and or engineering team.
The Contractor shall notify the cognizant Buyer in writing when the Contractor reaches 85% of the current estimated value.
....of this order by reason of any direction issued unless such direction is issued in writing by the cognizant Buyer pursuant to the "Changes" clause of this order
