Algo así. Me temo que tendrás que adaptar tu traducción anterior por una más literal, para dar cabida a "quantitative". O simplemente decir que se usa la técnica RT-PCR cuantitativA (yo diría que la reacción de PCR es femenino), si quieres una traducción más libre.
