الخطاب المرفق

I do not think a word for word translation is of any use here. I believe the word for word equivalent in Arabic seems, to me at least, as a native speaker of Modern Standard Arabic, hard to "digest", if you allow the term.
I am more into translating the meaning, rather than the words themselves; and as such the phrase "خطاب تقديم" seems to be more acceptable to the ears of a native speaker of Arabic than "رسالة تغطية".
