Discussion

philgoddard Jan 12:
'Polli riproduttori' is breeder chickens, and I think 'razza K99' is a strain of E. coli. I don't see how the two fit together - could it mean infected with, or vaccinated against?

Immunized against E. coli strain K99. Infected with salmonella is not part of the question. See phillgoddard’s comment and my added note.
neutral writeaway : Agree with Shera. https://context.reverso.net/traduzione/italiano-inglese/affe... (immunized) is incorrect

Immunized against E. coli strain K99. Infected with salmonella is not part of the question. See phillgoddard’s comment and my added note.
neutral philgoddard : Shera Lyn, writeaway, Rachel: "affetti" is not part of the question, and Michele has quite rightly ignored it. Your comments aren't relevant.

broiler breeders

Broiler breeders or chicken breeders, as in examples below
Peer comment(s):

disagree philgoddard : As your link shows, 'broiler' is 'da carne'. 'Chicken breeders' is a bad mistranslation. http://context.reverso.net/traduzione/italiano-inglese/polli...
