"impots sur les sociétés" are, I assume, tax liability but, if this list is in a cash flow approach, these might mean taxes already paid and "reste à régulariser" is the outstanding amount of tax to be paid/ settled. (This would at least be consistent with the payments on account and holdbacks coming after that.)
