Debe ser "productos que se maquilan" = products made under contract (manufacturing), products manufactured under contract

"Maquila" es manufactura por contrato (México) y mucho más... búsca la palabra. (Offshore manufacturing, etc.)

As I explained in your last question, this refers to maquiladoras. They often use parts imported from the U.S. (or wherever), assemble the parts, and export the product back to the country of orgin in order to leverage (exploit?) cheap labor...
