Throwing a term at us like this is an invitation to guesswork, which is not helpful to you or anybody else.

Before you post a term on ProZ.com, do some homework. Search for the term online, find out what it means, check various possible translations to see if the expression has been used with reasonable frequency in reliable sources. This way, you will not only solve your puzzle, but gain knowledge and experience.

If all fails, check with the agency or client.

If you are still stuck, post the term with sufficient contextual and background information. Include a generous part of the text where you found the term and provide information about the work in which the text is found.

Make sure you understand what the term means before you post it for translation suggestions. If you don't understand what it means, post it as a monolingual question (Arabic-Arabic or English-English) first.
