Arabic to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering Building / construction

From a legal contract whereby one party undertakes to perform building and renovation work for another party in a public building. This is an item in the list 'نطاق الاعمال' attached to the end of the contract. The contract is Libyan - I asked a Syrian construction worker and he didn't know the term, so maybe it's local?
