Arabic to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering fit out

The Operator will enter into an Agreement under which a musataha for certain land will be granted by the Landlord and in return for which the successful Tenderer will pay rent, fit out and operate, and upon expiry of the musataha transfer to the Landlord, the Project.
