I believe the phrase you're looking for might be "The benefits of an orange" or "The nutritional value of an orange" I don't think one could say "The impact/effect of an orange" without adding more context. (Here context is added and the confusion is cleared in the latter text)

the impact of "an" orange sounds more natural, however, The impact of "the" orange is a more accurate translation I guess.

The Huge [Tremendous] Effect of an Orange

I suggest adding "huge" or "tremendous" to differentiate it from "The Orange Effect" in sports, psychology, and nutrition.

Adding "an" also indicates the huge effect of one piece, as discussed by the facilitator.

I think there is no need to add extra explanations because the context does the trick, as in Arabic.
