Supreme Categorical Body
In law the categorical body usually formed of supreme court judges is responsible for the categorization of certain tight points in ethics and moralities, to get to a common ground of reasonable agreement wither a certain act is considered for example a crime or not, if that act or behavior is commonly considered acceptable by some communities and offensive by some other communities.
