The first one is localized, I assume (and they go on to talk about surgery, chemo, radiation etc.), but the second they don't really discuss in this segment which I received. What do we think - "comprehensive treatment"?

To Mrs. Abed: I am afraid that the term you suggested doesn't fit in the context after all and is not compatible with the medical sense in this specific situation. As for the link you suggested, it's totally non relevant to this specific term with all due respect
