Or the result shared with the patient.
I think the difficulty in this is that the Arabic verb is passive
أُبلِغ، مبني للمجهول

Note from asker:
Yes, I thought of that possibility.. because that's the only way it makes sense... I still wanted to confirm... |
I will do my best to see if I can find other clues... however, this is just a form... |
Also, isn't it better to say "the results communicated to the patient?"... if this is the actual meaning? I think we can notify a patient WITH a result, but I would doubt that we can notify a result (i.e. the direct object should be the patient and the object of preposition, the result)... |

Liliane Hatem
: notified is أبلغ بها

The asker explained in another question that it is a back translation. As you see, the Arabic is not that great and I can't count on using one preposition instead of the other to make it decisive. I am sure that the asker can tell from the whole context

Randa Farhat
: result notified/delivered/communicated/conveyed to the patient or received by the patient; unless the text shows otherwise. How can the patient give a result? Are they not "given" the result? Translator, please check your text to verify the context.

Comment: "Thank you, Dr. Maalouf so much. I translated it as:
"Result communicated to the patient". Like Randa, I too was thinking I would prefer "communicated"...."

: I simply don't understand how can finding this English term in google support the suggestion as a translation for the given term?

Google hits suggest that the term is used by native speaker professionals. They also suggest that there is an equivalent that renders the same meaning of word for word wordy phrases that smell translation.

Discussion
However, now I lean more toward this particular version. I believe it is more likely that results are being communicated to the patient with each visit.. Thank you for your feedback.
This could shed some light ...
