On the one hand the fact that it's inflammatory points toward colitis (there is not ulcerative. On the other hand
the forward translator has this as:
Irritable bowel disease. But there is no irritable in the Arabic..

: Exactly. I believe Irritable bowel syndrome is "متلازمة القولون المتهيج", and it's a completely different thing.
