It is like Place
but all the time I keep Zukaq and MAhala as is in my translation for Iraqi civial ID cards - for the past 10 years :)

and for Zuqaq , you can use (street), usually when you give the city then the number of mahala like 625 or 717 or whatever then there is always one mahala number in that city ( I mean they don't double thew numbers of Mahala in that city), so you can use the words (section or area) they can help,
I also agree to some degree with keeping the word as it self (mahala) but there will be problem for that when a foreigner will read cause he will think that you live in a place called (mahala), so I would prefer if you use (section or area) then they can help since there is one number for it in each city, I repeat they don't double the numbers of (mahala) in one city,
