English to Portuguese Bus/Financial Finance (general) Prepayment Agreement

This is a Prepayment Agreement between two companies for the Sale/Buy of Crude Oil

Definitions:

Gross Cargo Value" means, in respect of any Cargo, the aggregate USD amount payable for that Cargo to the Seller by the Buyer under the Commercial Contract or, in respect of any spot sale to a third party in accordance with the restricted tender provisions of the Commercial Contract, the aggregate USD amount received or receivable on the account of the Seller pledged in favour of the Buyer, in each case disregarding any deduction or retention against the Seller's liabilities under this agreement;
