: Ako u paket beneficija ulazi i zdravstveno i penziono osiguranje, otpremnina, akcije preduzeća... onda bi trebalo da je compensation package.

: benefits are only a part of the compensation package - you can't use the same name for the whole package and just one of its components. Otherwise "Compensation packages" is the right term for ALL that is given to an employee.
