11.5 The Performer of Works shall comply fully with any administrative orders given to him. Where the Performer of Works considers that the requirements of an administrative order exceed the authority of the Supervisor or the scope of the contract, he shall, on pain of being time-barred, notify the Supervisor of this fact within 7 days of receiving the administrative order and inform the Orderer of Works. Execution of the administrative order shall be suspended during this period.
Izvođač će u cijelosti provoditi dostavljene mu administrativne naloge. Ako Izvođač bude smatrao da zahtjevi administrativnog naloga nadilaze ovlast Nadzora ili opseg ugovora, on će pod prijetnjom vremenskog zavlačenja, obavijestiti Nadzor o ovoj činjenici u roku od 7 dana od primitka administrativnog naloga, te informirati Ugovaratelja. Izvršenje administrativnog naloga će se odgoditi za vrijeme ovog razdoblja.
