Αυτό σημαίνει ότι στη διαδικασία έκδοσης προσωρινής διαταγής, μπορεί να απαγορευτεί η παράσταση τρίτων και ειδικά αυτών που δεν θεμελιώνουν έννομο συμφέρον. Ισχύει δηλαδή και εδώ συμπληρωματικά ο κανόνας του άρθρου 22 παρ. 2 του Οργανισμού των Δικαστηρίων, ενώ δεν ανατρέπεται ούτε ο κανόνας του μη δημόσιου χαρακτήρα της προδικασίας.

The passage should then read: "In other words, here too the rule set out in Section 2 para. 2 of the Court Procedure Rules applies by way of a supplement, although the rule that pre-trial proceedings are not held in public is not to be set aside"
