disagree wordsandmore : interlocking is ad incastro. ad incasso is a different word isn't it. mocha machines are interlocking

Gracias, Mariana
agree Cristina Giannetti : secondo me intendevano ad incasso - e built in va benissimo. (ad incastro fa pensare ad una macchina realizzata incastrando pezzi. http://www.callde.co.uk/zanussi_zcof636x_coffee_machine.htm

slot-in / click-on / click-in

I can't tell from the context whether the coffee machine is being slotted/clicked into/onto something else or whether something is being slotted into/onto the machine itself.

By the way, I think the "built-in" means "incorporato" rather than "ad incastro".

insert, twist, and lock

would need more context to really know
but I venture the following guess:
moka that isn't a screw on top, but tongue and groove: slip top on bottom, make quarter of turn, and the two pieces lock together
