Italian term

... nel Cuore

Italian to English Marketing Other Perfume terminology/fragrance ingredient
This is from a marketing text about the inspiration behind a fragrance creation. A section has just been covered on the development of artificial orchid pollination on the island of Bourbon (presently called Reunion).

“Vanille Bourbon” è la nobile orchidea Bourbon che noi usiamo in essenza ed è la maggiore presenza nel profumo. (componente: orchidea Bourbon nel Cuore)

I am unsure how "cuore" is being used here as it is in capitals. Later on in the text parts of the scent are described as "Testa" "Cuore" and "Fondo". Would we say "body"? Or would "heart" be understood? Or alternatively is this part of a botanical reference?
