"Iterum venturus _est_" means "He shall came again"

There is a famous phrase: Et iterum venturus est cum gloria -- "and He shall come again with glory".

I suppose that the person who told/wrote you wanted to say "I shall come again". `Sum' indicates at `I'. But wrong grammar, I believe.
