Latin term
erga omnes
Latin to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
Latin expression used
"The investigation was opened under both the general ***erga omnes*** safeguards regime and under the transitional product specific safeguard mechanism."
First I thought the term was used in Latin also be the Hungarian lawyers (the translation is EN-HU), but apparently, this is not the case - could you please help me?
TIA,
Eva

erga omnes

Örömmel, bár a kérdésbõl egyébként úgy tûnt, EN->HU a fordítási irány. (Tehát nem okoskodásból írtam, hanem fordítási javaslatot adtam) ;-)
