Latin term
l.u.
Latin to English
Medical
Medical (general)
abbreviation
From an autopsy report. The context is: 'Hypostasis et oedema pulmonum. Hydrothorax mls. 200-200 l.u.'
I understand all but this abbreviation. 'L' may be for l(aevus), though I doubt this, but what does the u stand for?
Any help, dear colleagues, would be vastly appreciated.

: this doesn't explain 200-200, which suggests the amount found on each side, not just one
