I am just concerned about the armillae rotatoriam. This is from a diagnosis of an injury of a pelvic bone and associated muscles (partial tears etc). Doesn't refer to a wrist?
If anyone could help out here, that would be great.
Thank you.

The "-ae" desinence (ending) should be a genitive "of the armilla", and as you guess, "armilla" seems to refer to the "annular ligament of the wrist".
It could be that this nomenclature is used also for the pelvic bones... (?)
"Rotatorium" would mean "that rotates" or something to that effect.
Not sure if this "l-dex" could be of any assistance for your overall context.
