"Cum aerisesti un calorifer care nu se incalzeste? Se închide robinetul de tur şi se desface olandeza de pe robinetul de tur până iese aerul complet şi începe să curgă apă. Apoi se strânge olandeza şi se deschide robinetul de tur."

bleed screw
This is the equivalent from USA, UK, etc. They don't say take air out of the radiator, they say "bleed the radiator". There is a "bleeding screw", and you need a "bleeding key" in order to do that.
Here are the examples:
“Buy a good brass radiator key as shown below (this type is much stronger than some cheap ones).” “Find the ***bleed screw*** on the radiator” “turn the bleed screw anti-clockwise to open it”
http://www.belfast-builder.com/2009/10/belfast-radiator/
“this would be a good one to choose undo the ***bleed screw*** and then return to the drain off valve downstairs and remove a little more water”

Here are some more refferences for "bleed screw":

Show me a picture. This is the only way we "bleed" a radiator. It's either bleed screw or bleed valve. No way around.
