contract de comodat = Contract cu titlu gratuit (fara a implica plati intre partile semnatare), prin care comodatarul (proprietarul bunului) pune la dispozitia comodantului (chiriasul gratuit), bunul ce face obiectul contractului. Comodantul poate deduce cheltuielile ce rezulta din folosinta bunului.
