all-glass facade
A lesser-known fact perhaps is that the innovative, all-glass façade is made of highly specialized, curved laminated glass containing DuPont™ Butacite® PVB, manu-factured by Cricursa of Barcelona, Spain.
I think there's no need to add "stained".

complete tinted glazing
Витражное стекло means stained glass. I don't think "stained glazing" is possible, but if tinted glass is used throughout, I suppose it could be tinted glazing.

: It is definitely 'tinted', not 'stained'.

: "tinted glass" translates into Russian as "тонированное, окрашенное, цветное, дымчатое стекло".You may be right in guessing what the author meant, but I don't think we can translate it this way based on what we know.

glass all around, and stained/leaded glass at that
The Russian term "витражное" covers both stained and leaded glass. You have to decide which is more appropriate in the context by doing some research if you want to keep one word only. E.g., you can look up leaded glass at

You can also substitute "tinted" for "stained/leaded" if you feel that this is what the author actually meant.

all-round stained-glass glazing of the facade
Definitely stained. Stained glass by definition is the art of cutting colored glass into different shapes and joining them together with lead strips to create a pictorial window design. (http://home.ipoline.com/~legends/Insatiable/artbasics/html/t...
Example of use for stained-glass glazing:
This observation is based on several design components that are commonplace in this design including the stucco treatment on the façade, mission tile roofing, ornate chimney tops, low-pitched hip roof, recessed windows some of which have **stained-glass glazing** and ornate iron details throughout.
