Я не согласна с вариантами \"commande line\" и \"commande string\", которые приведены ниже коллегами.
Их варианты соответствуют русскому термину \"командная строка\".
Но не любая командная стрпока является строкой запуска!

I would suggest that the command line is the prompt or envirnoment where the command is entered. The "command string" is the actual execution instruction with such parameters as may be appropriate.

Yes, but this does not appear to be the link itself, but rather a command that initiates communications. A macro or interpreted command programming language would naturally consist of command strings.
