: I have never seen "sea fruits" used in English, although the French "fruits de mer" is widely understood.

thanks for the comment, Jack ! I have also the variant seafood, and I am puzzled a bit, I read and heard this espression a lot ( mostly Americans), and there are so many references on the net, but surely I am not going to insist - you are a native speaker

: "Assorted seafood" is the first thing that came to mind, closely followed by "seafood assortment". Beyond that, "seafood platter" and any number of fancy names are possible.

Ocean Assorti
The first thing that came to mind was using the French word 'assorti' which, in my experience, is widely used in the culinary field.
"assorti = An assortment "
http://www.geocities.com/NapaValley/6454/terms.html
(BTW, Alex, check this site, might be of help - it's a glossary of culinary terms)
--------------------------
Decided to check, however, whether it is indeed used in English. A Google search produced hits predominantly from Italian, Russian, Scandinavian, Dutch, Greek and Bulgarian (ah-ha, that's why it came to mind ;) sites. Nevertheless, there were enough hits that showed (IMHO) that it is perfectly intelligible also to native English speakers. Like:
"Antipasti Assorti
Grilled Asparagus, Prosciutto and Fontinella
Organic Heirloom Tomatoes with Maytag Blue Cheese
Roasted Corn Cous Cous with Fine Herbs
Charred Sweet Bell Peppers with Sonoma Goat Cheese and Balsamic Vinegar
Bruschetta Di Parma – Tomato Basil Salad on Grilled Crostinis
Grilled Baby Eggplant"
http://www.cyberseats.com/sports/baseball/pirates/pncpark/ho...
---------------------
"Gelati Assorti - vanilla, chocolate, honeycomb and tutti frutti ice cream"
http://www.viamilano.co.uk/alacartemenu.htm (a restaurant in Aberdeen)
---------------------
"Antipasto Assorti
Imported Italian Meats, cheeses and vegetables including: proscuitto wrapped artichoke hearts, genoa coronets, provolone, fresh mozzarella, Italian tuna, marinated vegetables and imported olives, sliced baguettes"
http://web.mit.edu/endicott-house/food1.htm
----------------------
"... assorti of smoked fish, assorti of sliced meats, ..."
www.izzysicecream.com/newsletter/scoop_smr_03.pdf
-----------------------
Strictly speaking, 'assorti' should be translated as 'assorted':
"assorted cheese platter and fresh green leaf with olive oil dressing
plateau assorti de fromages affines et salade assaisonee d’huile d’olive"
http://www.saintpierre.com.sg/cuisine/menu.asp
But since it is obviously supposed to be a fancy dish name (rather than a merely descriptive one), I suggest using 'Ocean Assorti'. Of course, one could go for an even more exotic ring and call it 'Assorti d'ocean' but that would be a bit too pretentious (IMHO).

: Yes, could be simply "seafood platter" (not "plate") - though I'm not sure this sounds upmarket enough. In an expensive restaurant it might be "fruits de mer".
