withering skin or withered skin - which is better? I wonder if 'ageing' can also be used in this case....
Thanks for help in advance!

"To combat this, the L’Oréal Laboratories have developed Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Repairing Day Cream for women aged 50+ to deeply nourish and repair dry, mature skin".

: I like how far it is from my suggestion. In any case, just as in case with "withering/withered", "mature" implies the result, and "maturing"—the process, which is more appropriate to the original intent, IMHO

Russian term (edited):
увядающая кожа
maturing skin
If we're talking product headlines, it needs to be respectful and as optimistic as possible to the prospective buyer (IMHO). "Maturing" skin is quite often used, according to google results, and I guess "withering" is exactly what's meant behind that (long live euphemisms).

Example sentence:
What maturing skin means is that for some reason (be it sun damage, smoking, or high levels of stress) your skin is starting to 'act old' - and this may have nothing to do with what it says on your birth certificate.
Reference:
3 hrs
saggy skin
It's a way to say "withered" without saying that, but not to avoid the issue the way euphemisms do. "Sagging skin" is another option, but "saggy" is a little bit more gentle, suggesting that there's a tendency to sag, but that the skin is not terribly sagging already.

Also, I would translate "и" as "or" in this case, so that you are not insisting that the potential customer has both problems.
