Does anyone happen to know what the above acronyms stand for within the context of wind farms?
I can do them in separate kudoz questions but, as they are in the same sentence, I thought they might serve to mutually provide context for the other.

Further context is below:
На момент ввода ВЭС в эксплуатацию на электростанции требуется наличие ПА, в частности, устройства АОПЧ и АОВМ ВЭС.

My guess is that they are some kind of security system, a reiteration of the 'наличие ПА', which I interpreted to be a 'centralised automated emergency system,' followed by 'in particular, HREA AOVM WEC devices.' I don't believe these acronyms are correct however, having tried to research them, so wonder if anyone knew of what they meant in a wind power installation context?
