boat-hook or harpoon; jaw spreader
Callaham's R/E Sci/Tech Dictionary defines багор as a boat-hook, gaff or harpoon, so presumably багорик is a small one of these.
Boat-hook is self-explanatory; gaff is a hand-held hook for lifting a fish out of the water or out of a net; a harpoon is for spearing fish.
I believe jaw spreader refers to the mouth of the trawl and is a device for keeping it open.
