no subtitles in view

In chatroom style (minimum words), the phrase
"никаких титров не намечается, даже думать не хочу..."
can be translated as
"no subtitles in view, don't even think about them..."

It's remarkable that this translation works both (somewhat different) ways the original phrase can be construed:
1. If the author means that he has no plans for making any subtitles, then it is a shortened equivalent of
"I don't have any subtitles in view, and I don't even think about them..."
where
"to have in view = to have in mind as aim"
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/To have in view
and "think about" is not just "думать о" (as it may look) but has a meaning synomymous with "have on one's mind, think about actively"
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/think about
i.e., no direct translation of "[не] хочу" is required
2. If s/he expects no subtitles to be made (by anyone), then it can be expanded as
"There are no titles in view, ***"
where
"in view" acts as a synonym of "prospective" or "imminent"
http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/in view
(in this sense, something is in view means it's about to materialize)
In this interpretation, "think about" is just the direct equivalent of the plain "думать о" but the translation of "[не] хочу" seems unnecessary anyway

The latter variant can't be ruled out even though it's less likely to be case
