Premium&Liability Insurer carries liability to indemnify an insured should there occur a loss covered under an original policy. So they accept liability against a premium, i.e. they accept both liability and premium. The more liability the more premium. Its simple.

The problem here is that premium and liabilities This is not a problem because when they cede a part of their liabilities in reinsurance, they shall transfer the same part of the premium received for acceptance of these liabilities (accepted under oridinal policy)
