: The correct translation for "пр. продукт" is "SW product", at least in the US. In >15 yrs in the industry, I've never heard it called "program product" to mean "пр. продукт". At the same time you're most likely right (and I'm wrong) on article usage.

Thank you. Possible but I think that loses some of the original meaning. "has been" or "was": depends on the context. I think "has been" is more likely, but I could be wrong.

This is the authorization I know - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Authorization - the asker needs to explain better, then. Companies can get certified as authorized service (solution) providers as well
